We are still celebrating the amazing accomplishment of our 2023 graduates.
Congratulations to Makoons Wakonabo, a 2023 graduate from RLHS! His future plans include going to a technical college for architecture or construction. One piece of advice that he has for younger students: "If you can believe in yourself, you can do it and graduate!" His favorite memory of being a student in Red Lake is coming to school with a smile on his face.

Today is graduation day, and we are continuing to celebrate our graduating seniors!
Meet graduating senior Delicia Roy. She plans to continue her education at Red Lake Nation College to get her generals done. Her advice to younger students: try your best in everything you do and never give up on your goals! Her favorite memory of being a student at Red Lake is her freshman year with all of her friends.

High School Students: summer school starts in just over a week! Do you need to catch up on credits, so that you are on track to graduate?

This week, Red Lake Secondary Complex hosted it's Warrior Banquet for graduating seniors. Enjoy these photos from the event!







The Unified Soccer Tournament took place in West Saint Paul today, and the Red Lake team took home 4th place! Congratulations!!




All secondary complex students: be sure to return ALL of your library books! We have lots of books that need to find their way back to the library shelves.
Check in your backpacks, under beds, in your family's car, or even in the back of the closet to see where they may be hiding!

School Bus Safety Tip!
Make sure you're stopping when you see those lights flashing - It's the law!

Due to the current and expected weather Red Lake School District will have a 2-hour late start tomorrow, Friday, April 21st. Both School and Busses will be running two hours late tomorrow morning. To all of our families - please be safe on these snowy roads!
Due to weather, all after school activities for Thursday, April 20th, have been cancelled.
The Parent Attendance Intervention meeting at Red Lake Elementary Complex this evening is also postponed.
Spring Sports Photos at the secondary complex have been rescheduled for Wednesday, 4/18, after school by the high school gym.
Due to a lack of water pressure at RLEC, both RLEC and Secondary Complex will be releasing students early today. Red Lake Elementary Complex will release students at 1:00pm, and Red Lake Secondary Complex will be releasing at 1:15pm. Ponemah School will continue with the regular school day. Miigwech!
