RLEC Summer School Students held their own Olympic Awards!
In honor of Juneteenth, Red Lake School District is closed tomorrow, June 19th. There will not be any summer school. Miigwech!
Boozhoo! Just a reminder that RLEC Grades 1-2 Summer School students will be going to the Thief River Waterpark tomorrow, June 18. The buses will be departing from Door 1 at 8:30 AM and returning to RLEC at 1:45 PM. Please send your child with their swimwear. Miigwech!
Here are the upcoming field trips for RLEC Grades 1-2 Summer School:
Tuesday, June 11: Lake Bemidji State Park
Thursday, June 13: Evergreen Adventure Park
Tuesday, June 18: Thief River Water Park – please send your child to school with their swimwear.
Thursday, June 20: Northern Air Action Park – attendance incentive-based field trip for students who were present for at least 12 days of summer school.

If your future 1st grader or 2nd grader are signed up for RLEC Summer School, please make sure to complete the field trip waiver forms and turn them into the RLEC Main Office by Door 1.
If you still need to receive the waiver forms, please stop by the RLEC Main Office. Staff will be in the building until 4:00 PM tomorrow.

On May 21, RLEC will be having their Kindergarten Graduation in the RLEC PK-2 Gym. Families are welcome to enter in through Door 6 for the event. Please see attached image for the graduation times for each classroom.

RLEC Grades 1-2 Summer School Schedule
All field trips are within the regular summer school day except for Northern Air on 6/21.

Yesterday, grades 4 & 5 went on their MCA incentive field trip! This was a field trip for showing up and trying during all of the MCA days. These students had a blast!
