Red Lake Elementary Families: Need to change end of day routine - ride the bus or pick up? Calls must be received at the main office no later than 1:30 pm daily as we will deliver the messages to classrooms at that time. Due to safety, we will not be pulling students off of the bus last minute. (This is only for RLEC students!)
Indigenous People's Day is October 9, 2023! Students are welcome to wear traditional clothing such as ribbon skirts, shirts, beadwork, or moccasins. Miigwech!
Boozhoo! Grades K-2 at RLEC are going to Fuller Farm in Bemidji next week. They will be departing from the school at 9:30 AM and returning by 1:45 PM. The following grade levels will be going on the following dates:
10/3 Kindergarten classes
10/4 Grade 1 classes
10/5 Grade 2 classes
If you would like to chaperone your child’s field trip, please stop by the RLEC Main Office located by Door 1 today or tomorrow to complete a background check prior to signing up. Our students went last year and had such a great time

In Ms. Follis' 5th grade class, students have fun playing the cup game (a game introduced to teachers by our Peer Leaders from the secondary complex!) while practicing good sportsmanship and building relationships with each other.

There will be no school for K-2 students at Red Lake Elementary Complex on Monday, September 11. We will be having a Meet Your Teacher Night for K-2 families from 3:35 PM - 6:30 PM on Monday, September. We will be having drawings for prizes. We hope to see all K-2 families there!
